This policy explains how Evelyn FX and its publishing tools handle data.

1. Who we are

Evelyn FX is an educational brand covering financial markets. We operate accounts on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads and Telegram.

2. Our publishing application

Our internal application “Evelyn FX Publisher” uses the TikTok Content Posting API solely to publish our own video content to our own Evelyn FX TikTok account. Through the TikTok API it accesses only: our own account’s basic profile information and the ability to upload and publish our own videos.

3. Data we do NOT collect

The application does not collect, store, sell or share personal data of TikTok users or any third parties. It does not read other users’ data, followers, messages or analytics beyond our own account.

4. Credentials

API access tokens for our own accounts are stored securely on our private server and are never shared with third parties.

5. Audience data

When you interact with our public content, the respective platform (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) processes your data under its own privacy policy. We only see aggregated, anonymous statistics provided by those platforms.
